Avail Car Sharing partnered with our team to execute a brand activation campaign in Chicago. Over three days, we provided brand ambassadors and street team promotions to enhance visibility and engagement, effectively driving brand awareness in the local market. The activation took place at Taste of Randolph, the West Loop street festival on Randolph Street, running June 16 through 18. College Marketing Co. staffed the booth with a two-person brand ambassador team each day, engaging festival foot traffic over the full three-day run rather than a single one-off appearance. Positioning Avail Car Sharing at a dense neighborhood food and culture festival put the brand in front of exactly the kind of urban, car-light audience that car sharing services are built for: residents and visitors moving through the West Loop on foot who represent prospective members. Consistent staffing across all three festival days meant the brand had a presence at both the weekday opening and the busier weekend crowds. This engagement reflects College Marketing Co.'s approach to single-market activations: rather than spreading thin across a city, concentrate a small, consistent team at one high-traffic event and staff it fully for the length of the event, from opening day through closing day. That model, a compact team fully committed to one event rather than a large team spread across several smaller ones, is what let Avail Car Sharing show up with the same two brand ambassadors and the same booth presence on the festival's opening Friday, its middle Saturday, and its closing Sunday, giving the Chicago activation a consistent face across the entire West Loop weekend.
